Description
A student residence has to be a place completely adapted to the needs of young university students. That is why we have created the silver room, a space with beautiful views and simple decoration and design, where studying and resting will be extremely simple. The student rooms with views overlook the main courtyard, possibly the most charming space of the entire residence. In addition, it is a stay equipped with a large wardrobe, and a large desk with an ergonomic chair to protect your health, and a shelf where you can store your belongings. Inside the room you will find a private bathroom, equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet, to guarantee a personal and unique space for you, where no one can bother you while you carry out your activities. The bed (105×200 or 90×200) has a viscoelastic mattress. It is available in half board.

Price
- The monthly price of the room in academic period only accommodation (September to June) is €980 (including VAT)
- The monthly price of the room in academic period with a half board service, breakfast and dinner, is €1245 (including VAT)
- The monthly price includes WIFI, all bills (water electricity, central heating) maintenance, gym, shared kitchens, cleaning servicer once a week, private bathroom, sheets and towels
