In Wunderhouse we provide you all the facilities you need in just one space, because of this, we think that it’s important to have ready at 7:00am to 23:00pm gym service in our residence. It’s important for us that our students feel comfortable with our facilities and, mainly, provide them useful and practical zones like our residential gym.
We try to provide our residence with common areas that are more than typical meeting places and study zones. Student’s gym is an important part among our leisure facilities, we know that this kind of things are as necessary as places to study and work.
In Wunderhouse you can get fit in the own residence, you don’t have to look for a metropolitan gym in Madrid, we provide you a gym with machines, it has everything you need to exercise, because we know that every student needs to dedicate some time to do healthy activities and sport.
Common areas & library
WunderHouseis full of social spaces. We know that this kind of spaces are essential to share not only time, but experiences, knowledge and all the things that our students are living here with us. Our social rooms are always ready for everybody, these social spaces are intended to use them with two purposes, as meeting spaces and as places where you could study in a relaxed environment.
Our courtyards are perfect to relax, part of the residence commons are these kind of places that we think that are important. Living rooms with televisions and comfortable furniture to enjoy WunderHouse with other people are part of our inside installations.
On the other hand, as a student’s residence we try to provide study spaces along the building. You could work with other people in rooms prepared to do this, without outside noises and all the facilities that you’ll need for your daily work.
Kitchenette
The daily life beyond the responsibilities of study is part of our responsibility. We provide some zones with kitchenettes full of utensils to cook everyday. Every kitchenette is fully equipped, a cook space where you could prepare your own food, and eat it here with us or prepare it to take it everywhere.
This kind of small kitchen is very useful, not only to cook meals, we think that these spaces are perfect to use them like social spaces, places where you can share time and conversation. Food is part of our different cultures, cooking together in a mini kitchen can be the best way to know a person, a different culture or just talk with other students.
Our kitchenettes spaces are more than small kitchens where you can cook, they are part of our social spaces.
Maintenance
In Wunderhouse we share our building with you, for that reason we try to keep all useful and ready for you. Part of our residential maintenance is based on our facilities. Our onsite maintenance is always ready, any problem in the rooms or social spaces, regardless of time or place in which it is located, will be solved immediately.
Our building was built in the XIX century, for us is very important to take care and try that everything is in a good condition, not only for us, but for our students.
It’s not difficult to live in an historic place, everything is ready, all the facilities are prepared to accommodate our students and lend them a residence with all the necessary to live a life with time to study and moments to share with people from other countries here in Wunder House.
Laundry service
Our laundry service goes beyond the washing work, we also provide you dryers available for a quick drying. Another service that we have to you in Wunderhouse is the ironing in the same floor, and a place to hang clothes. You’ll have all the necessary for a complete cleaning service 24/7.
Terrace & main patio
Common Wunderhouse recreational areas are perfect for leisure time. Madrid is a city to enjoy, our garden terrace offers all the amenities to our residents to be in a pleasant environment, suitable to do activities outdoors, a residential terrace to share time with other people.
Our full terrace service also includes sun terraces adjoining the building, on all of them you’ll enjoy the view of a privileged enclave, the centre of Madrid on your feet in a different place.
