International student accommodation in Madrid

International student accommodation in Madrid

So, you’ve been given the green light to study in Spain and, after much deliberation, you’ve decided that Madrid is the city for you. In your imagination, you’re already studying in a Spanish university or language school, cycling around the city, checking off the tourist attractions and eating your own bodyweight in tapas and churros con chocolate. There’s just one outstanding detail: you have to find international student accommodation in Madrid and rent a room. Sometimes, student accommodation is impersonal, set in an inconvenient location and something to be endured rather than enjoyed. At best, international student accommodation in Madrid is Wunderhouse.

We opened Wunderhouse Madrid in 2015 because we saw a unique opportunity to make international student accommodation unforgettable for all the right reasons. The residence is one-of-a-kind. Located down a quiet street in Chueca, one of Madrid’s trendiest areas, the high ceilings, sweeping staircase, stained glass windows, panelled walls, central courtyard garden and spacious communal areas are breathtaking and date back to the 1870s. You’ll feel like you’re living in a movie – but one with high tech modern comforts that include your own en-suite bathroom, WiFi, 24-hour security and your fingerprint as your round-the-clock ‘key’ to the main entrance door.

When you’re not studying, you can hit the gym, relax in a deckchair on the terrace, cook a meal in one of the shared kitchenettes (there’s a supermarket just down the street) or catch up with other Wunderhouse Madrid residents from around the world at one of our community events. Our 24-hour security means you can sleep peacefully on your memory foam mattress, content in the knowledge that you’re staying in truly unique and welcoming international student accommodation in Madrid. We wouldn’t be surprised if you make friends for life. The friendliness of all of our students from around the world is one of the things that we love most about Wunderhouse. You’ll arrive feeling a little like a tourist but we think after a stay in our multi-cultural, international student accommodation in Chueca, you’ll leave Madrid feeling far more like a Madrileno.
